GE-100 MultiSensor
A single unit measuring oxygen, carbon dioxide, differential pressure, temperature and humidity, with local visual and audible alarms and relay outputs for cleanroom pressure control.
AvailableOxygen falls without warning in a room where liquid nitrogen evaporates, and a cleanroom pressure cascade can drift long before anyone notices. GE-100 watches both from a single unit. It measures oxygen, carbon dioxide, differential pressure, temperature down to cryogenic ranges, and humidity in one device, raises a local visual and audible alarm when a threshold is exceeded, and can drive cleanroom positive or negative pressure through relay outputs.
Why one unit
Separate instruments for each parameter produce separate records on separate timelines. When a deviation is investigated, correlating them becomes the investigation. A single unit places all channels on one clock and one record.
Architecture
| Board | Function |
|---|---|
| Upper board | ARM processor, display, communication |
| Lower board | Inputs and outputs, sensor interfaces, relays |
The two-board design means the same upper board becomes a different measurement set by changing the lower board. A sensor module can be replaced to measure a different gas, and device protocols for nitrogen tanks, incubators and ULT freezers are added by configuration rather than by new firmware.
Interfaces and records
- MQTT, Modbus and RS485; connects to BIOSECURE and GE-MON or to an existing building management system
- Local SD card logging so measurement continues when the network does not
- Software-assisted calibration routine on a six-month cycle
- Transistor outputs and relays for local warning towers, buzzers, HVAC and dampers
Where it is used
Cleanroom differential pressure cascades, oxygen deficiency monitoring in liquid nitrogen storage rooms, incubator and cryogenic tank environments in IVF laboratories, and cell and tissue manufacturing suites.
Manufactured in-house
Boards are produced on our own surface-mount line at Teknopark İstanbul. For export customers this matters in two practical ways: lead times are measured in weeks rather than months, and a faulty board is repaired or replaced without being shipped abroad. Variant production is possible down to a single institution's configuration.
