Two sister companies: Labor İldam carries the field, GoldenEye builds
GoldenEye Solutions is the sister company Labor İldam founded at Teknopark İstanbul for R&D. GoldenEye develops the software and hardware; equipment supply, installation and technical service run through the field network Labor İldam has operated since 1979. The institution buys one solution, backed by two companies with defined responsibilities.
Two companies, one family
GoldenEye Solutions is Labor İldam's sister company. It was founded at Teknopark İstanbul in 2019 to carry Labor İldam's development work. The two operate as separate legal entities: product development, manufacturing and software sit with GoldenEye, equipment supply and technical service with Labor İldam.
Labor İldam has worked in laboratory and hospital equipment since 1979 and is the Turkish representative and authorized technical service for a number of international brands, among them PHCbi (Panasonic/Sanyo), Haier Biomedical, ESCO, Telstar, Steelco, Worthington/IC Biomedical, Chart MVE, Custom Biogenic Systems, Auguste Cryogenics, Frimed and Thermo Scientific. Behind that sits a service and spare parts infrastructure built around ultra-low temperature freezers, liquid nitrogen tanks, incubators, biosafety cabinets, autoclaves and washers.
GoldenEye Solutions is the R&D company founded at Teknopark İstanbul in 2019. It develops the process software (BIOSECURE), the monitoring system (GE-MON), the measurement and control hardware (GE-100, GE-202, GE-EDGE, GE-SCAN, CryoCap) and cryogenic and cleanroom automation.
Neither replaces the other; they complete each other. In a transplant center, beneath the software that records the product chain, the tank holding that product at −196 °C also has to work. When the team that writes the software and the team that services the tank sit at the same table, the cause of a deviation is found in hours instead of days.
Division of responsibility
| Area | GoldenEye Solutions | Labor İldam |
|---|---|---|
| Process software (BIOSECURE) | Development, installation, data migration, release management, remote support | Conveying field requirements, first-line user support |
| Monitoring system (GE-MON) | Software, server installation, alarm scenarios, reporting | Sensor and device mounting, cabling, on-site commissioning |
| Measurement hardware (GE-100, GE-202, GE-EDGE, GE-SCAN, CryoCap) | Design, firmware, manufacturing, calibration software, warranty | Field installation, periodic calibration, on-site fault response |
| Laboratory equipment (freezers, tanks, incubators, cabinets, autoclaves) | Decoding the device protocol and connecting it to monitoring | Supply, installation, mechanical and refrigeration service, spare parts, manufacturer relationship |
| Cryogenic infrastructure (LN2 piping, automatic filling) | Control automation, PLC and monitoring integration | Line design, installation, tank and valve supply, maintenance |
| Validation and compliance files | URS, IQ/OQ, mapping to 21 CFR Part 11 and JACIE | Equipment qualification records, calibration certificates |
| Technical service analysis | Manufacturer case analysis, measurement procedures, technician training portal | Field team, measurement, intervention, manufacturer ticket process |
| Commercial process | Technical scope of proposal and contract | Sales and service network across Turkey, public tender processes |
What it gives the institution
- One party to talk to. No separate vendor for software, monitoring instrument and laboratory equipment. We identify which layer the problem is in.
- Field reach across Turkey. Where on-site intervention is needed, the Labor İldam service network takes over; spare parts and manufacturer support run through the same channel.
- Monitoring that knows the equipment. The protocols of PHCbi, Haier, Worthington, Chart, Nüve and similar controllers have been worked out in the field. Monitoring is the device's own data, not a generic sensor bolted on.
- Maintenance and software on one calendar. The annual agreement brings equipment maintenance, calibration and software support into the same period.
Commercial and contract model
In public sector and university work the proposal is issued in the name of Labor İldam or GoldenEye depending on scope; where scope covers both equipment and software, a joint proposal is prepared. Software licensing and support are invoiced by GoldenEye, equipment supply and technical service by Labor İldam. Annual maintenance agreements run on a single calendar, so the institution has one contract and one renewal date.
This page describes the scope of the partnership and the division of responsibility. Commercial terms, pricing and contract detail are set per engagement.
Work we run together
- Technical service help desk: recording Labor İldam service cases, tracking manufacturer ticket processes and building a resolution archive.
- Service academy: technician training plan, module examinations and competency tracking.
- Equipment document center: an archive of user manuals, service manuals and parts lists organized by brand and device type.
- Case analysis: measurement-based root cause analysis and manufacturer correspondence on sterilizer, biosafety cabinet, pharmacy refrigerator and ULT freezer failures.
